Are you a discerning homeowner in search of stylish bespoke wood furniture?

Would you like to be surrounded by beautiful, handcrafted pieces that have been designed and created to your own exacting requirements?
Bristol-based cabinetmaker, Daniel Tomlinson, retrained to channel his creative energy as a performing artist into a new craft 15 years ago. Daniel designs and creates eclectic pieces of art in beautiful woods and veneers which are durable and useful furniture and installations.

A collaborative design process

Daniel works with people who are looking for something unique that can’t be bought in any shop.
His clients embrace the opportunity to engage with an artist and craftsman to create something of exceptional beauty and quality that will last a lifetime.

Together, you will discuss the form, design, and pattern, which will all be integral to the piece. The process is sensitive to your needs and your home and the finished result is entirely sympathetic to both.

Natural materials

The choice of natural materials is an important part of the process, engaging with the natural character of wood including its grain and texture, from ash to yew.
Each piece is then carefully designed, shaped, and formed using traditional joinery and cabinetmaking skills and craftsman’s tools alongside modern technology.

From a simple oak chopping board or bespoke fitted beechwood kitchen to a feature screen or exquisitely veneered console table, your commission will receive the same attention to detail.
